A lot has been going on in the film industry, and according to a report from KPopStarz, MoviePilot
has pointed out that director Ridley Scott has placed Easter eggs on
the first movie that told clues about what the upcoming prequel will
bring.
Among these Easter Eggs are the matching interface of "Alien"
spaceship, as well as the cars on "Blade Runner and Weyland (Guy Pierce)
referencing Tyrell as the competitor who lived in a "pyramid
overlooking a city of angels."
Prometheus 2 is filled with possibilities, and the website pointed
out, "Perhaps the Blade Runner chases a David 8 (Michael Fassbender) to
whatever planet he and Elizabeth are going to. While the Blade Runner is
hunting David 8 he could get caught up in a battle with the
Xenomorphs."
That seems to be a good idea.
A lot of news sites, blogs, and online communities have been
clamoring for a "Prometheus" sequel, but Scott remains to be mum about
the topic. On the other hand, "X-Men: Days of Future Past" star, Michael
Fassbender, has confirmed the sequel during the promotion of his mutant
hero movie. When production will begin is another thing altogether.
But would the X-Men star be okay with working with Ridley Scott?
"For sure. I love Ridley, he's a master filmmaker," Fassbender beamed.
A plot summary from comingsoon.net
read, "Stars Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace are both contracted to
reprise their roles of David and Elizabeth Shaw, respectively. The
original film, a quasi-prequel to Scott's 1979 "Alien," saw a team of
scientists and explorers embarking on a journey to a distant world,
where they discovered the answers to some of humanity's most profound
questions."
Seems like the "Alien" sub-plot isn't too far off.
As if that's enough geek rumors, Microsoft also announced during the
Electronic Entertainment Expo that "Halo: Nightfall" is scheduled to be
released on November 11. It is being co-produced by Scott Free TV and
343 Industries and is purposefully made to connect the past with the
future in Halo Universe.
Bonnie Ross from 343 Industries said, "Nightfall will be packaged as
part of a collection that will include all four previously-released Halo
games. The digital feature is meant to bridge the gap between past Halo
installments, which feature Master Chief as their protagonist, and Halo
5, which will feature a new hero."
Penned by Michael Green and Jack Paglen, Ridley Scott's "Prometheus 2" is slated to be released on March 4, 2016.

‘Jurassic World’ Director Tweets First Dinosaur Teaser Photo; Spoiler Roundup
“Jurassic Park” fans have been desperate for any scoop on the coming
fourth installment, “Jurassic World.” Plot details and photos from the
set have leaked online, but the highly anticipated (and slightly
mutated) dinosaurs have been kept under wraps … until now. Director
Colin Trevorrow took to Twitter on Tuesday to give fans a very slight
taste of the extinct creature.
The photo that Trevorrow posted is black and white and appears to be of a street. While it seems innocent enough, a closer look at the shot reveals a terrifying shadow with shredded teeth.
“Nights,” he simply captioned the image.
Needless to say, fans of the “Jurassic Park” series immediately began to freak out and demand more shots of the actual prehistoric monster. But alas that’s not in the cards … yet.
Colin Trevorrow’s teaser photo comes almost a month after he confirmed major story lines to Slash Film. The director decided to come clean about the plot after JoBlo.com leaked spoilers regarding “Jurassic World.” Check out the scoop roundup below:
-Location: The new movie will take place in a fully functional park on Isla Nublar.
-The “Jurassic Park” features a biological preserve, safari, zoo, theme park, hotels, restaurants, nightlife and a golf course. The facility receives more than 20,000 visitors every day who arrive to the park by ferry from Costa Rica.
-Time Jump: “Jurassic World” will pick up 22 years after “Jurassic Park.” According to Trevorrow, “It’s the realization of John Hammond’s dream.”
-While the focus will be on the dinosaurs, the movie also will play off of society’s obsession with technology and making more money. This will lead to a new dinosaur created by geneticists. But the director reassured fans that the new dinosaur will not be a “mutant freak.”
Chris Pratt, Judy Greer, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, Lauren Lapkus and Katie McGrath star in the coming film.

Terminator: Genesis – Arnold Hints at the Plot of the Movie
By Sachin Trivedi | June 18, 2014 3:21 PM EST
Arnold will be back in "Terminator" 5: Genesis and this time there
will be new twists to the story. Arnold hints at the plot details of his
upcoming movie. The movie will be released in 2015 but the exact
release date for Australia is still awaited.
Speaking to MTV
Arnold Schwarzenegger said that it was more difficult to do action
flicks now compared to when the actor was on his 30s or 40s. He also
confirmed that that there will be a younger T-800 - a robot from the
future sent by Skynet, a self aware artificial intelligence, to kill the
leader of the human resistance movement and his mother.
"Terminator: Genesis" will also feature an older reprogrammed T-800 which fights against Skynet. But there could be twists in the movie. The time travel element in the movie allows the producers a lot of room for maneuvering and the script may not be heavily bound to follow the story line of the original movies.
In the original "Terminator" movies the main thrust was to try to
stop Skynet from becoming operational and trying to stop the nuclear war
referred to in the movies as "Judgement Day." Each time Arnold was sent
back in time to either kill or save John Connor, the leader of the
human resistance."Terminator: Genesis" will also feature an older reprogrammed T-800 which fights against Skynet. But there could be twists in the movie. The time travel element in the movie allows the producers a lot of room for maneuvering and the script may not be heavily bound to follow the story line of the original movies.
In the movie "Terminator: Rise of the Machines" it was revealed that John Connor was killed by the T-850 and was later captured and reprogrammed by John's wife Kate Brewster. Kate becomes the new leader of the resistance movement and sends the reprogrammed T-850 back in time to stop the event from happening. The new movie could explore these events in more detail. Movie buffs have so far not seen these events in an elaborate setting.
The cast of "Terminator: Genesis" includes Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese, Aaron V. Williamson as T-800, Jason Clarke as John Connor, Courtney B. Vance as Myles Dyson, Dayo Okeniyi as Danny Dyson, Michael Gladis as Lieutenant Matias, Teri Wyble as Mariam, Bryant Prince as the young Kyle Reese and Gregory Alan Williams as detective Harding.
"Terminator" 5: Genesis will be released on June 26, 2015 in the UK and on July 1, 2015 in the U.S. The release date in Australia and many of the other countries is still awaited. Arnold Schwarzenegger fans are excited to see the actor once again in the iconic role.
